My first visit today with my 2 children, was very happy. The staff were so smiley and welcoming! The receptionist, the dental nurse and the dentist Anit! Came across very patient, and kind natured.

I have had many hygienists in recent years clean my teeth but I can honestly say that Donitta is definitely the best I’ve had to date. She is very gentle and attentive, always very little pain or bleeding and she explains what is going to happen before and after treatment with care and understanding. Thank you 🙏🏼

I'm a very nervous patient, the receptionist could not have been more understanding.

As I have only had experience of this practice over the last 30 years and cannot compare it with another practice, l can compare it with the previous practice When it was Truman dental practice, the whole practice has been thoroughly modernized, you are greeted by a very lovely young lady who has the nack of putting patients at ease the dentist I saw was also a young lady who put you at ease and was very gentle on a second visit I saw was yet another young lady hygienist who cleaned my teeth again without any pain and most importantly totally different to previous experience of a dentist cleaning my teeth when in the past I ended up with bleeding gums, every one was very polite and it was as near a pleasurable experience it is possible to have at a dentist I would especially recommend the practice to anyone nervous about dentists if only I had had such a pleasurable experience 60 years ago when we were all terrified of going to the dentist thank you very much for your care and service

Friendly and efficient 💜

I had 2 deep filling done and a clean. Both Anit and Frankie were amazing. Anit told me everything before hand and being a nervous patient made me feel at ease. Frankie the nurse was lovely kept reassuring me. Both were fantastic . Great asset to the dentist.

I have to say the team are extremely friendly warm & kind , always taking time to explain every step of the way . I am almost at the end of my Invisalign treatment , it has been a hard journey , my teeth & jaw we’re very deformed & I am an incredibly nervous patient & yet I am made at ease constantly & rung to make sure I am ok . I have had some horrific experiences in the past but Dr Nazeer has been amazing 🤩 I am smiling something I have never done for years , I am a mature client & I can’t express my thanks enough , and completely professional right the way through . I thoroughly recommend Hawthorn Drive practise to anyone . Pamela Dade

Greated with a friendly smile and welcome by lady on reception. Followed by friendly greeting by dentist and assistant. Check up completed. All information given to me required. Lovely friendly staff working at the practice. My appointments have been on time.

A very fast and efficient service!
I left a message to call back at 08.30 this morning, the lady receptionist phoned me back 2 minutes later and booked me in for 10.00 on the same day.
I was met by the receptionists who where very friendly.
The appointment was on time and the dentist and her assistant where very professional, explaining 3 options and providing the chosen one while I was in the surgery, with further options in the future.

Very professional, friendly and good quality service. All staff are very good at appreciating and managing the differing needs of each of our family members. We have found the staff are always very helpful and accommodating, as well as offering good advice where needed.

Had a dental implant and couldn’t ask for a better dentist and assistant. Everything was explained as to what would happen at each visit plus a follow up call three days later to see how everything was going. Thank you everyone.

I have just finished a course of Invisalign, at Hawthorne Drive Dentist Surgery for my crooked teeth. The result is amazing, and I am so happy with the finished result. The whole process was easy and painless from start to finish and everything was explained every step of the way. The staff are so lovely and friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend having Invisalign at Hawthorn drive, the whole process was amazing, and the result has given my confidence in how I smile a big boost. Thank you again for all your hard work.

I have just completed nine months of Invisalign treatment at the Hawthorn Drive Dental Practice. I am extremely happy with the treatment and care over this time and so pleased with the final result. Nothing was too much trouble, and the Dentist and his team, including receptionists, were both professional and friendly always putting me at ease and addressing all my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend.

So happy to visit this very safe and secure practice COVID safety outstanding the dentist was so calming and very patient and informative on my treatment.

Very well run Practice now with a brilliant Dentist and Hygienist. Everything is explained to you in a lovely kind manner. The nurses and receptionist all lovely, efficient and kind.
